TurboTax Fees

I paid TurboTax fees twice. My refund was delayed. I received an email that the fees due will be deducted from my bank account on 5/2/2025. Fine. My refund finally got approved and was disbursed into my bank account on 5/2/2025. I looked at the fees deducted from my refund in my Turbo Tax account and sure enough they deducted their fees from my refund & sent the remaining balance to my account. Then, I got charged again on my bank account the same exact fees on the same day I’m assuming because it was already set to be deducted according to the email. How do I get a refund?
