Stimulus Deposit Direct Deposit

I received my tax returns on my turbo card back in February yet I was asked on the IRS help to enter my direct deposit info, I was under the impression they already had it on file correct, why did I have to enter it again and will this delay the deposit?

Yes!! They acted like they weren't aware that the stimulus would come in the turbocards but it does with no action needed! I got nervous that it wouldn't go on it so I went and submitted bank info and of course my fiance had hers that same night. And mine still isn't on yet.
