STIMULUS CHECK

I can't access the get my payment portal. It keeps saying they don't have my information on file & to try back in 24 hours. I also used the turbo debit card so apparently we are not able to get the money on that. This is so frustrating we already dealing with enough. After paying turbo tax 150 to file my basic taxes.

Once I re verified my account with irs how long after that do I get my money

How did you verify your info !  I’m so **bleep** frustrated. I put in all the info from my taxes and it’s still saying info doesn’t match. I called  TT they were NO HELP

How did you get ahold of TT ? I have tired and cant ? My TT Card isn't working and is declining all my purchases, when I have 700 on the card, i tried callin the number on the back and there just recordings now, I'm just trying to pay my Bill's and cant becouse of this ? How did you get ahold of them?

I read on the irs page they would be direct depositing into the green dot cards turbo tax uses.  Go to irs.gov covid.

 

There is a portal you put your SS number and birthday and it will show you what account it’s going to and your address. You can change and edit all info and manually enter the card number, as well! 

 

It was super easy to work and very informative!
