Stimulus check

If I my stimuls check got returned to the IRS due to my account being closed will I have a chance to update my bank info before they send a check

Also, does anyone know that if the portal says it’s deposited today with the last four of your social showing will it go to the Turbo card? My account is still active, but I got a refund advance.
