I went to check the status of my stimulus under a link on the irs website called “Covid Tax Relief” or something like that and I entered my info in and it said that basically they’re waiting to send my check but they don’t have a account on file to send it to. So my advice to anyone having this problem, I believe I found the solution. Go to the irs and see if you have a bank on file. Probably not your Turbo account. Idk what’s up with them rn.

Went to irs portal no dd info on file entered info from 1040 to update dd info said my info does not match irs info! I'm really upset so now thanks to turbo tax I guess I gotta wait for paper check I'm done with turbo tax as well!

Same. Turbo tax really sucks for not being able to help us. We used their service and yet the irs doesn't have our info.

This is a stressful time for everyone. 
TurboTax is responsibility for your tax return, what the IRS has on file is not in the hands of TurboTax. We're learning as we go however and we understand your frustrations. 

The best next step is to use the IRS Portal to check the information they do have on file for you. https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
