Re: Stimulus Check problem

Hello,

No, my son is not a minor he is 46 years old!  He did his taxes with your company and I am NOT his dependent, I'm trying to help him out because you guys are not doing your job.  Again.....why is his tax information not matching with the IRS information???  You guys have a lot of UPSET and FRUSTATED customers out there and something needs to be done.  It seems your company is not trying not to take the blame then who's fault is it??

Please who made the error??  Could someone from your company please contact him about this issue?  You guys did his taxes and you guys should be helping him to resolve this frustrating issue.....!!

Thank you again,

Mary

are you checking this website?

https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments

be sure you type his address EXACTLY as it is on his tax return.  Birth date should be with leading zeros if necessary (e.g. April should be "04" not '4')

AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.  Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

does that help?
