PLEASE ANSWER HELP WITH TURBO CARD

okay so i need to get ahold of turbo debit card support i have transactions pending but they are getting declined by amazon, the money has already been taken from my account and they took even more from my available balance to cover 2 orders i’m getting really frustrated. i will not be using turbotax again. has anyone had this issue before? i need to speak with a live person ASAP!!!!
