Negative Balance on Stimulus EIP Prepaid Visa

The deal is, I used my stimulus prepaid visa to buy a transcript from school, but the thing is, I didn't realize they charge the card once they send out the transcript; I thought they charged me right then and there. So by the time they charged me, I already cleared the money in the card so now I have a negative balance from the recent charge; how do I go about dealing with this? What do I do? How do I pay off this negative balance? @

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

For help with your pre-paid Visa card:

Call  (888) 285-4169

There is a “Help” link in the top corner of the web site for the card:

https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/

LOST CARD

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

I am referring to the $600 Stimulus EIP Prepaid Visa Card, not the Turbo card. I have a negative balance of $10 when I sign in to look at it on EIPCARD.COM. Will I have to pay back this $10 when I do taxes in April? What will happen?
