Missing 4562 Form

In 2015 I rented my home for 365 days.  My depreciable basis should have been $120,000.  As it was the depreciation expense on my Schedule E was only $1309.  In addition, there was no From 4562 filled out by TurboTax for my 2015 return so I'm not really sure what TurboTax used as my depreciable basis.  What can I do to get this information?

Is there an Asset Entry worksheet that discloses the asset basis?
