The only way to know for sure that you have been claimed as a dependent on another return is to electronically file your return to see if it is rejected.  If it is rejected, then you can file your return by mail.

If you have already been claimed, any attempt to electronically file your return will fail.  That means your only option is to print and mail your return.  When the IRS processes your tax return, the return which is claiming you as a dependent will also be examined.  This will be a long process to complete since the IRS has suspended processing mailed returns for the time being.

When you do complete your return and file by mail, be sure to include copies of your W-2s and sign the return before you mail it.
