It is too late to change direct deposit information for the stimulus check. If your banking information is incorrect, then you will be automatically switched to receiving a check in the mail once the bank bounces your deposit back to the IRS.

Yes, a check will be mailed once the bank rejects the payment, it will take about 14 days to receive the check once the funds are returned by your bank to the IRS. Please see this for more information: How will the second stimulus impact me?
