2020 charged

I was under the impression that I would pay only $59 for both federal and state. I have been a client for 8 years. Your advertisement was free but I chose $59 for both State and Federal [Removed PII][email address removed] [phone number removed]

Your advertisement was for free but I chose $59 for federal and state even though I had the short form in the end. I did not choose Max $49 and was charged for it. Please call me and explain

@mamaikish No one can call you from the public user forum you are posting to.   Only customer support can resolve a billing issue.   It sounds like you might have been confused about what you were purchasing, since with online software you pay separate fees for federal and state.  I wonder if you saw a price for the CD/download and confused it with the fee to use online software.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
