This is not a chat room but a message board.  You have to write a clear and concise description of your problem or the issue you are experiencing with the TurboTax program.  When someone is free they will try to help you out by messaging you back.

Good Evening,

 

I am attempting to login and file my taxes while using Turbo Tax. Unfortunately I do not remember my password for the account. I tried the email verification, I was able to go to step two in the process but I am unable to get passed the two step verification process due to the following: my phone number is overseas and it is not a stateside number so I cant receive text messages at 1204 and my address is overseas as well which means that I have an APO address and cannot select a state and APO/AP is not an option...please assist at your earliest convenience.
