This was not a decision by TT who never handles your refunds ... due to the huge logistical mess this caused earlier this year with the first checks the processing bank choose to not be part of the madness a second time. The deposits will not be accepted requiring the checks to be mailed instead. For those of you who want DD but don't have a bank may I suggest you use your own pre paid debit card to receive the refund ... there are many reputable companies out there to choose from like Chime so google it.
And for Pete's sake quit using the refund processing service for an extra fee ...
