New Card Not Linked To Turbo Card Account.
So, I had a card from a previous tax return, under the impression that the card was just a prepaid visa and according to turbo tax "yes we do send you a new card every year", as linked here , I shredded it once empty. When I went to file my most recent return, I found out the hard way that this is false, not only that, but they treat it as a bank account and were charging me "maintenance fees" all year, so the balance was negative. I called, and after much frustration, reached a human and explained my scenario. They kindly wiped my negative balance, cancelled that card, and sent me a new one with my latest return. However, now when I log into the turbo card app or website, I do NOT see the balance of my new card, I see the balance of the old cancelled one. There is no option to see multiple cards. I need my latest card linked to my login so that I don't have to use the dreaded phone system. Can this be done, and how painful will it be?
