Might be better to talk to Personnel and legal staff at your active reserve unit.
Like what are you thinking of doing?
Like move your residence to another state, while remaining at the same reserve unit?
Or does your civilian spouse qualify for the various MSRRA state locks?
(No...don't think so. Only if you are activated to full military duty)
