Sorry you had trouble.   This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--but I will tell you how to reach them below.   I don't know why it didn't give you the discount when you got ready to finish up and file.  That would have been a good time to ask for help, since it's easier to correct before actually paying.   I'd ask for a refund.

 

 The offer is for free Federal and State returns for active duty military and reservists of an enlisted rank (E-1 through E-9) with a W2 from DFAS.

I'd ask TurboTax Support for a refund.   Their Support hours are currently 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7days/week.
