Get a corrected Form 1099-R from the payer.
You either are rolling over the distribution showing a code G in box 7.
Or you are receiving a distribution that is an — Early distribution, no known exception (in most cases, under age 59½) with a code 1 in box 7.
It can only be one or the other, it cannot be both.
