Retirement tax questions

Yep...last year's question below.

Though worded differently...the YES answer uses the same box 2a$$ in both years.

A couple of us have asked Moderators to get this fixed, since it is really misleading tens-hundreds? of thousands of Seniors with pensions, 401k/TSPs etc, when box 2a is lower than box 1...no action yet.
