Retirement tax questions
If you only get Social Security it is not taxable and you don’t need to file a tax return. Unless you are married and your spouse has income. Or get a 1095A for marketplace health insurance. Do you have tax withholding taken out of Social Security? Then you need to file to get the withholding refunded. And should change your Social Security to not have any withholding taken out.
