Hard to know why TTX is taking so long on 1099-R forms.
An update was issued last night (6-7 Jan), but it didn't include the 1099-R forms.
Check on Friday, just in case they issue a second update that soon (unusual though, to have two updates in two days).....if not this week, wait until 16 Jan to check again.
