I checked what's happening with the "Online" tax software later (that's what the phone "app" actually links to).
The 1099-R Retirement section isn't supposed to be ready until on/after 17 December ...but of course, could show up a week earlier....or later.

but...Picture of what? Your 1099-R form for that distribution? Those 1099-R forms for 2025 taxes rarely come out until late January (but I guess there could be exceptions). AND, if you are trying to enter a 2024 1099-R for $$ you removed in 2024?...those cannot be entered into the App/Online software now, since the software available "Online" right now, is only for 2025 taxes since the 2024 Online software has been shut down.
