Re: ROLLOVER is not indicated on Form 1040 line 5b. 1099-R has code G in box 7. This was a in-plan conversion of after-tax 401K contribution to Roth. How do I fix this?

If 5b is zero I wouldn’t worry about that. And it was probably a conversion not a rollover.
