You should have a 1099-R to report the Annuity.
The Federal withholding is correctly entered in Box 4.
To post a 1099-R
Log into TurboTax
- Under Federal
- Select Wages & Income
- Scroll to Retirement Plans and Social Security
- Select IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
- On the screen Let's import your tax info
- Change how I enter my form
- On screen How would you like to upload your 1099-R?
- Type it myself
- Enter your Broker or plan administrator information.
- Follow the interview.
