The Token number is a long string of numbers you get when you go to Send File to Agent. Then post the number here in the forum for them to check it out. If you have the Desktop program go up to the top menu bar Online. Then Send Tax File to Agent. It will create a sanitized file of your return without your personal info so they can check it over.
