Retirement tax questions

This is my first 1099-R from the military. The form was mailed to me by the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS).
Do I take the same procedures for entering data? Is this a qualified or non-qualified entry?
Yes, you enter the Form 1099-R just as it is received. It is no different than entering a civilian 1099-R for retirement income.
The military pension income is from a non-qualified plan.
