US Virgin Islands is an option in the "US possession" address category in the "My Info" section.
- In the "My Info" section
- "Edit" your mailing address
- In the box "Type of address"
- Select "US Possession" from the dropdown list
- The "State" box will then change to "US Possession"
- There you should find the "US Virgin Islands" option
