Retirement tax questions
No, interest earned in your IRA and rolled back into your IRA does not get reported unless you distribute it to yourself, in which case your IRA administrator would send you Form 1099-R Distributions From Pensions, Annuities, Retirement or Profit-Sharing Plans, IRAs, Insurance Contracts, etc., so you could enter it on your tax return.
