We can't see your returns in this forum but typically, when 1099R income is not showing properly the entries to check are the box 2a and box 7 on the forms 1099R.
Edit the 1099R entries and verify there is taxable income in boxes 2a and the correct box 7 code (typically 7) has been entered. You mentioned IRA so also verify the correct "checked/unchecked" for the "IRA/Sep/Simple box.
You might also sign out of the account and clear the browser cache. Then sign back in and recheck the 1099R entries. Here is a link that will help, if needed.
You should also take a look at the form 1040 to see what may be happening starting with lines 4, 5 and 6 and down. If the experience persists repost with what specifically you are seeing on the 1040. Below are the steps to Preview the 1040.
1. Select "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
2. Select "Tools"
3. Select "View Tax Summary"
4. Select "Preview My 1040" in the left hand menu
