Yes, and if you did not include that income, it is possible that you may end up not being due a refund.  

 

Was your return already accepted?  If so, you will need to wait and see if the IRS catches this.  There is a good chance they will catch it and send you a letter telling you that they are making an adjustment to your return because you left income off of your return.

 

If it was not accepted and it ends up being rejected, then you will be able to add the income prior to resubmitting your return.

 

If it ends up that your refund is processed, and you never get a letter from the IRS and they do not catch the error, then you will need to Amend Your Return AFTER you receive your refund.  Note, that if you have an amount due when you amend, this includes the amount you would have received in error.
