And if you have an Online account with the issuer, check for a PDF download of teh 1099-R forms in that account.
You might have set yourself up for only Electronic access to those 1099-R forms.

Only one of my 3 providers mails out the forms...two I have set up to download myself from my accounts...the other will only mail them out.
