Retirement tax questions
If the SSA1099 is for your dependent child you do not put it on your tax return. If it is for you, and you have any other income, then, yes, you enter it on your tax return. If it is your ONLY income, you do not have to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.
Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
