ALL of your income has to be entered on the same Form 1040. If you do not have your 1099R, wait for it and enter it when you can, but do not e-file without it. They usually come in late January to mid- February. You might need to get it from the plan's website.
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
