A few other people have reported a delay of some kind for any 1099-R with box 12 with a code "S".
Might take a couple weeks for the software folks to work out and get compliant with whatever the IRS is requiring now.
Check again every Friday.....no particular rush since the IRS isn't starting to take any files until 29 January....and even then, it the whole week after that for the IRS to get caught up.
