Retirement tax questions
If your ONLY income was Social Security it is not taxable and you do not need to file a tax return. Social Security only becomes taxable when combined with OTHER kinds of income like income from working, income from a pension, income from an IRA, etc. etc. Or.... If you file as married, your SS is combined with the income your spouse receives, and might be taxable. Are you filing a married return--or are you single? If you file married filing separately, then your SS is taxable.
You do not enter a 1095B on a tax return. So----you do not need to file, based on what you have said here, unless you have left out some important detail. Did you already pay using a credit/debit card? If not, you can just abandon this account and forget about filing a 2023 return.
