Did you just get 1 1099R? What code is in box 7? What happened with the other 72,319? Did you roll it over to another account? What end summary where?
The full IRA box 1 should be on 1040 line 4a and the taxable amount on line 4b. Are the amounts there? If some was rolled over it will say Rollover by line 4b.
