Retirement tax questions
If you reported all of the 1099-R forms on your TurboTax prepared return and it matches what the IRS has on file for you, you'll need write a response to the IRS letter stating that fact.
The only thing I can think of is that a 1099-R form was sent to the IRS that you did not receive and therefore did not enter on your tax return.
- If the IRS letter identifies the 1099-R form, please verify that you entered it in TurboTax.
