Retirement tax questions
There is an issue for some 1099-R forms that are transferred from last year's tax file (Online software only).
IT might require you to make an entry in every stinking box and checkbox.
For checkboxes that are supposed to be empty (your case) you can "X" them, and then un"X" them to clear the stoppage.
BUT
You will still have a problem with all remaining boxes....so to make things easier.
1) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on <Back>
2) Then hit the <Continue> button on the prior page to come back to the main form.
That should clear most everything, and you can enterer data ONLY in the boxes needed .
