No, you don't need to withdraw that money. Your spouse being covered by a workplace retirement plan might make your traditional IRA contribution a nondeductible contribution, but it doesn't make it an excess contribution. You may still choose to obtain a return of the contribution by October 17, 2022 as long as you filed your 2021 tax return or requested a filing extension by April 18, 2022, but you don't have to.
