You will enter 1/3 of the distribution from 2020 on your 2021 tax return using Form 8915-F. The form is not yet available in TurboTax.
Form 8915-F, Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Retirements is scheduled to be available in TurboTax on 03/24/2022.
