Retirement tax questions

Yeah, I saw that...but @dianna19871989  implied that the tax software wasn't accepting the 8-digit code, and was requiring 9-digits.

 

I then saw that the left-column numbers, taht would otherwise have 8 digits, had leading zero's where the rt-column numbers didn't.  SO I suggested to use a leading zero in their entry, in case the tax software was locked into 9 digits for both.

 

Still, I wonder if AZ messed up their own PDF number formatting and really meant to have leading zeros in the district numbers too.

 

I don't have AZ software so can't check the software formatting requirements.
