No, you cannot "refile" your taxes, but you can amend your taxes (a different process).

Once you file a return, you cannot "edit" it. It's like sending a letter through the mail - once it's mailed you can't call it back to change it.

 

However, there is a process to "amend" your return. You can do this after the IRS is finished with the initial e-file processing. You usually know this when they send you a refund (if you deserve one).

 

The form to amend your return is the 1040X which I don't think is available yet in TurboTax.

 

Since you have already filed, you will need to amend your return. Please see this TurboTax Help page on how to amend.
