Ok ... no matter if you import the info or manually enter it in the program the actual form is NOT part of the efiled return ... only the information on the form is used on the tax return. The IRS doesn't need the 1099 to be sent with the EFILED return since they already get one from the issuer.
Now if you MAIL in the return you must attach all W-2 forms you get plus any other forms that has withholding on them.
