Retirement tax questions

@DoninGA  Your reply is a bunch of bullcrap! Apparently TurboTax does NOT include the 1099-R or SSA-1099 federal tax withheld amounts when e-filing, even though they are correctly entered during the Turbo Tax income area qustions.

I e-filed my simple 1040-SR return for 2020 via TurboTax on March 5, 2021.  Later that night I got an e-mail from TurboTax indicating it was received and accepted by IRS.  Since then I've been checking refund status with same "still processing" result.

On April 26, 2021 I received a letter from IRS stating they needed a copy of the information to support the  1099-R and other federal taxes withheld data.  I returned a copy of their letter and copies of 1099-R (from 401K) and SSA-1099 forms showing the federal taxes withheld.  I sent that back to IRS on April 26, 2021 via certified mail. The IRS received it on April 29, 2021.  Still checking "where's my refund" almost every day since then and get the same "Your tax return is still being processed" status.  It's been almost 3 months since I e-filed my return!  Why didn't TurboTax give the IRS all the numbers.  Their "e-file and receive your refund in 3 to 6 weeks" promise is a bunch of bologna!  I've used TurboTax (Deluxe) for all my taxes since April of 2012. Give me one good reason why I should use TurboTax again next year.
