Retirement tax questions
If all the income you are reporting a tax return is SS benefits received there is no need to file a tax return.
A tax return with no taxable income entered cannot be e-filed but would need to be printed and mailed.
If for some reason you want to file the return, then add $1 if interest income and then you can e-file the tax return.
