So you do not enter a 401k under Deductions. Just enter it from your W2, nowhere else. A 401k comes out of your paychecks pretax (meaning before taxes) and has already been deducted from the wages in box 1. And you can't deduct them again. See W2 box 1 is less than boxes 3 & 5?
