I think what you mean is that your made state non-deductible contributions to New Jersey for your pension plan. Now, you need to know what those contributions were. Since you know the years involved, you may be able to request the contribution amounts from your plan provider. Otherwise, you would have to find your tax returns for those years to see what your contributions were.
