IF it came from an issuer in AR...AK...or AZ make sure you are using the correct two letter code for that state.
AR = Arkansas
AK = Alaska
and you can figure out AZ yourself
(guess MN, MI, MO, MT, MS might have a similar issue, MA??? nahhh )
