What did you do with the amount in box 2a? Did you roll over the whole amount including any withholding taken out? To what? Back into the same account or to another IRA Account? Did you put it in a ROTH IRA?
I agree with a previous answer that Turbo Tax was telling you that you are not paying the Extra 10% Early Withdrawal Tax Penalty on it.
