In TurboTax Online versions, enter the charitable contribution as if you were itemizing under the "Deductions & Credits" tab.
Remember to qualify for this deduction in addition to the standard deduction the contribution must be "Money".
Then continue through to "Wrap Up Tax Breaks" and confirm the standard deduction. The charitable deduction should show correctly.
